Each day will provide you with hours of practical content, practice exercises, and fun. Since coaching is a set of attitudes and skills honed through practice, these workshops offer “hands-on” experiences with peer and instructor feedback. These workshops will have you playing the role of coach, experiencing the words and experiencing the coaching setting. You will go back to your life’s work ready to empower your clients so they can help themselves.
Whatever your client needs, you will be able to lead them to higher financial ground. Your instructor will provide the concepts, tools, sample phrases, and then let you apply those in class. You will hear valuable feedback from fellow students and your instructor.
Receive Coaching - Unique Value
Selected workshops include a no-cost group coaching session. Be among the first six to reply to the invitation after your registration. The invitation will specify the time and place.
When you return to work, the pressures of the job will conspire to keep you from implementing new skills. Provide your intentions at the close of the workshop. Your instructor will call you about a month later to see how you're doing. When you consider that professional coaches charge from $75 to $500 per hour, this is a terrific bonus.
Materials
All attendees will need a copy of Solution Focused Financial Coaching, by Dr. Fred Waddell. Your manual will be shipped up to 20 days before your workshops with a preparation assignment. In addition, there will be a handout. Participants will receive a certificate of completion.
Attire, Location, Meals and Accommodations
Be relaxed and comfortable wearing business casual. We don’t expect jackets on the men, or suites on the women. Meals are on your own unless otherwise noted for specific locations. Some hotels will provide guests with breakfasts.
Substitutions and Cancellations
Substitutions of names from the same organization are accepted. Please give us time to make an accurate name badge. Cancellations can not be refunded. Transfer the value to any future SFFC Workshop, even if prices rise. If we have fewer than ten registrations for any event, we may need to cancel. Your registration fees will be good at any future event.
